Basketball semifinal games of the Final Four will be held in Abu Dhabi

Real Madrid is a Spanish basketball club from the city of Madrid, founded in the early forties of the last century. Last season, it lost in the final to the victorious Athenian Panathinaikos with a score of 95:80 in Berlin. Greek Panathinaikos became champions for the seventh time, setting an absolute record for the number of victories in the prestigious basketball tournament. Last year, the most productive player in the Madrid team was point guard Canan Musa, who scored fifteen points, five rebounds and four assists. But the winners showed off their talents, confidently scoring twenty-four points on the court, making two rebounds and giving three assists. In the match for third place, Greek Olympiacos won against Turkish Fenerbahce with a score of 87:84.

Fenerbahce is a Turkish basketball club from Istanbul, founded in 1913, will again try its luck in the "Final of Champions" under the leadership of its head coach, the ambitious Sarunas Jasikevicius. In the 2024–2025 season, the team will play in the Major Basketball League and the Euroleague, aspiring to high titles and ranks.

Olympiacos is another Greek basketball club from the city of Piraeus. Just like Panathinaikos, it was founded in 1931, and during its long history it has known the sweetness of victories and the bitterness of the most annoying defeats. Georgios Bartzokas's team failed to even win third place last season, but this year the Piraeus team intends to seriously fight for the title in the Final Four.
